A textured knit drawn from military thermal layers.
Thermal layers were never meant to be seen. They were issued to sit under a jacket and do their work quietly, which is why they were knitted close, kept short at the hem and shaped so nothing gathered under a pack strap. The Assault Sweater takes that logic and makes it the outer layer.
Fabric
100% wool, fully fashioned, which means each panel is knitted to shape rather than cut from a larger piece — no cut edges through the body, and the rib follows the seam. The texture comes from the stitch rather than any surface treatment, so it holds its face with wear. Soft enough against the skin to wear over nothing but a tee.
Black is the plainest of the range, and the texture is what keeps it from reading flat.
Construction
Knitted and made in England. Raglan sleeves run in an unbroken line from the collar to the underarm, which puts no seam across the shoulder and leaves the arm free to reach (raglan arm also emphasises the shoulders for a more muscular look). Ribbed at the cuff and hem.
Fit
The assault sweater fit has been refined this season. It follows the chest and arm and sits shorter in the body, so it stays clean under a jacket instead of bunching at the waist. Slim fit — check the chest and bicep measurements below before choosing, and size up if you want a looser fit.
Styling
Wear it on its own over a plain tee, or under an overshirt or work jacket where the shorter body and the lack of a shoulder seam keep the layer flat. Black sits under everything.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
