Our website uses Paypal and Shopify Payments to take card payments. The following cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards.


You will be notified by us when your order is ready to be shipped. If you have an urgent order then please contact us and if possible we will try and accommodate you.

UK  - DPD Local, 1-2 days £6
Europe -  DPD Direct, 5-7 working days £17
Rest of the world - DPD Direct 7-10 working days £26

Please note duties and taxes for International shipments are not included in your shipping costs. Items purchased outside of the UK may receive a customs fee, calculated by your local customs authority.


Returns (excluding sale items)

Indigo and Goods offer a 14 day returns policy from the day the goods are received. All our goods are produced to the highest level of quality and we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. In the unlikely event, you are unhappy with your goods, we will be happy to refund or exchange items (for sale shop items please see below info) purchased directly from our website (excluding any underwear or headwear which we cannot accept for reasons of hygene).  Please return in original packaging unwashed and unworn by tracked method to our warehouse address at the bottom of this page.

Sale Shop

Discounts of 50% and more are offered on goods that are seasonal or discontinued. We discount these items in order to clear. If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of it being delivered to you, we'll give you a credit voucher for the amount paid for the item. We are happy to exchange returned items for a different size if available (if not available you will receive a credit voucher) and if the item being returned is in new condition and returned within 14 days of you receiving it.
